Mims Crew | Salt Lake City

this is a very happy post. mr mims aka tripp is my childhood best-friend, and still is. i flew to denver a few weeks ago to reconnect with some college friends, and take a break from work. (well i tried) i figured it was a quick hop over to salt lake city from denver so i gladly spent a few day days there as well.

tripp runs a bakery in SLC, and i was able to document some of the process while in town. (more on that later)

this post isn’t about bread, it’s about family, and i always enjoy taking my friend’s family photos. i wasn’t able to get khai, the youngest, to join us for photos, but i did get mars, the eldest on board.

with all that being said, many of you know tripp’s story, and have helped support him over the last year, and we are very grateful for that. we lost his wife thy to a drunk driver awhile ago. it has been a process picking up the pieces, and re-navigating life and business, all while supporting his two wonderful boys. i am very happy that he has local & distant support, and has found an additional guiding hand from Meg along the way.
