This was easily the best wedding I have ever been to. I am however; a bit biased because it my was my little sister’s wedding. I have attended and photographed many weddings over the years, and this was truly the best one ever. When my sister asked me to photograph the wedding last year I immediately said “YES!” This was a first for me as I was the photographer AND a guest. We hired Katherine Marie Photography to second shoot the ceremony and she took over for me during the cocktail hour and reception so I was able to enjoy seeing and being with old friends & family. (I tagged her in each photo she took posted below) I will keep this brief as I know many people have been asking to see some photos! I also do want to mention that I did not cry but I sure came close.

I photographed Evan and Chloe getting ready, then a first look which is featured below as well. We then went to Tree Tops Park in Davie, FL for portraits and found a beautiful enclave of trees hidden away in the park. We then made our way to Marando Farms for the big event and evening festivities. Everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule (due to the thorough planning of my sister) without any major hiccups. Any bumps we ran into were quickly fixed by Gina @ https:/ginamarieevents.com/ it was a pleasure working with her, and hope I can work with her again in the future.

All guests who attended were vaccinated, and most everyone was tested days before, so this highly anticipated occasion could be a safe, carefree and healthy gathering.

About a month ago I drove to Colorado to pick up my belongings as I had just moved to Nashville, TN. I was also in town to second shoot with a good friend of mine Hunter Thompson. ( view his work ). It wasn't long into my trip when a not so subtle blizzard hit Colorado. Lucky for us we had reliable transportation, and happen to love shooting in the snow. Unlucky for us it took twice as long to get home after due to heavy snow. Though this was great one, and I got allot of great images from shooting along side Hunter so thought i'd share. Thanks for having us out Katie & Danny, it was a honor to capture this small mountain barn wedding. Cheers!
